GRADUATION RESPONSE REMINDER

Just a reminder - for those participating in the March 4th graduation ceremony
 the  RSVP DEADLINE is THIS FRIDAY, February 3rd.


****IMPORTANT****

THIS IS AN RSVP ONLY EVENT - YOU MUST RSVP TO ATTEND

You will not receive tickets in the mail  **HOWEVER**
YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO "CHECK IN" AT THE EVENT
YOUR PARTY MUST HAVE RSVP'D
AND
PARTY COUNT MUST BE IN AGREEMENT WITH THE
FORM YOU MAILED BACK TO THE SCHOOL

Due to the planning required for seating and food for this event
you MUST make your intention to attend known. 

Degrees and/or awards for those not attending or who do not respond WILL NOT be at the venue that day. 

Seating arrangements are planned BY HEAD COUNT according to RSVP's. 

 EXTRA SEATING WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.

After this Friday, Feb 3rd I will begin to give out extra seats to those requesting them. 
IF YOU HAVE NOT RSVP'D BY THIS FRIDAY YOUR SEATS MAY BE GIVEN AWAY therefore it is IMPARATIVE you respond by Feb 3rd if you wish to attend this event.
