Never Stop Believing In Yourself And Always Keep Your Eye On the Prize!

A job search is a simple matter of probability...sooner or later, someone WILL say "Yes" to you!

But first...you have to weed your way through a lot of "No's". To accomplish this you must never stop believing in yourself, stay the course, stay in the fight, and never take your eye off the prize!

As Frank Lloyd Wright once said:

"The thing always happens that you really believe in; and the belief in a thing makes it happen".

What is your greatest weakness??

Just about every one of us who has interviewed for a professional job has encountered this question, and most of us cringe when it is asked.  And for good reason...certainly, we don't want to reveal a problematic characteristic on a job interview - right??

Tackling this question effectively requires a strong sense of self, a dose of honesty, a sprinkle of positive mixed in, and PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE.  BEWARE though - it is NOT GOOD ENOUGH to simply take that weakness and put a positive spin on it.  Such responses are often viewed as cliche and dishonest by many employers.

Attached is a link to a GREAT article offering 2 techniques to conquering this question, along with some solid examples of responses.  It is worth taking a look at if you are actively interviewing!
